"Memory of Prince's Hamburgers"
I was 6 years old, I was really upset because my older sisters got to go to Astroworld with my mom. I was to liitle to go. I was crying and really upset so my Daa & Grandfather said they had a surprise for me. I got so excited. We pulled up to Prince's Hamburgers. I was so excited. They had all the old music playing and it was just like I stepped into the Movie Greese. My dad order me my favorite thing Vanilla Malt with a grilled cheese and a glass of homemade rootbeer! YUMMY! The carhop asked why my face was all red and teary. I was to shy to say anything so my dad told her. She called some other carhops over and she said we would have our own little party. She pulled me out of the truck and all of us started to dance. It was the best tme I have ever had. So from that point on we went every other Saturday. It was something I did with my granddad and my dad untill they closed down and took the sign down. It was a very sad day! I am glad you all re-opned here. Now I take my grandma once a month since my grandfather died. Its nice that we share that bond over my grandfather. Thank you.
