My mom worked at Prince's for many, many years back in the late 70's and early 80's. She started at the one in Bellaire (I remember Sha Na Na coming for one of their sock hops; and then worked at both Prince's on Main Street. I spent lot of my childhood up there with her. She worked with ladies by the name of Helen, Fannin, and Jackie. They were like aunts to me. Final note, Prince's use to have the BEST shrimp baskets, I sure need to go visit one to see if they are the same. BTW, my mother's name was Carolyn.
